Rancilio (or Gicar) revised the lids on these to include terminals which will accept either the small 3 mm or (older version) larger 6 mm connectors. These new terminals are also now positioned horizontally.
The smaller orifice portion of each fitting is threaded into the flowmeter.
The polarity is configured, clockwise: "+" "-" "0".
