This valve will only work where the fitting it threads into has enough clearance so that the piston inside can move freely up and down. In some cases, the inside of the female fitting that this valve threads into will not be deep enough, and the piston will bottom out, closing the valve. We recommend the in most cases, as it will fit all makes/models fittings.
