This kit includes all of the parts pictured; there are extra parts to convert the hot water pipe to use the metal articulation joint as well. The smaller hole steam wand tip is sent with this kit.
Instructions are not available for this retro-fit kit, but in brief the existing parts are removed and replaced with the parts in this kit. Only certified technicians and (adventurous) people with a very high aptitude for servicing espresso equipment should attempt this retro-fit.
The components of the wand fixing nut are pre-assembled. The steam valve needs to be rotated 180° for the pipe to connect to the steam wand fixing nut. None of the parts from serial number 538 and lower are interchangeable with the parts in this kit; yes, you do need everything pictured here.
